Refund & Cancellation Policy
At VVC Pulse, we strive to provide the best WhatsApp API experience. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before purchasing or subscribing to our services.
1. Digital Service Nature
Our WhatsApp API setup, subscription plans, and message credits are digital services. Once the service is activated or message credits are added to your account, no refunds will be issued under normal circumstances.
2. Account Bans & Suspensions
- No refunds will be granted if your WhatsApp number is flagged, blocked, or banned by Meta for violating messaging policies or receiving excessive spam reports.
- Maintaining account quality, compliance, and proper messaging practices is solely the user’s responsibility.
3. Technical Disputes
If a verified server-side technical issue from our end prevents you from using the service for more than 48 continuous hours, we may, at our discretion, provide either a pro-rata service credit or extend your subscription validity period.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us via email. However, the current billing cycle is strictly non-refundable once payment has been processed.
